This app has major flaws that make it unusable. first, it does not provide navigation information. second, the audio and video have little to do with each other (e.g.building of city audio, about a minute, projected video, several times longer). third, putting time bounds on the availability of the information makes it impossible to use at other times. no tourism app I have seen does that. it is so limited in value and usability that it cripples the intended experience. not recommended.

This was amazing! We walked around for three hours one night going from yellow house to yellow house! Make sure to use the free Montreal wifi, download ALL the houses first and set your language to English. (Bringing an extra battery helps too.) Then you can freestyle your way through the map, pressing play on your phone and seeing parking lots, old buildings, etc. come to life with historical moments from Montreal. In one night we managed to see all but three of the yellow house videos, but still tonnes of blue dots to see! Wish we had this in other cities too.

I really enjoyed the walkthrough of Old Montreal at night. It was a shame that quite a few of the stations were not working though. I would suggest that the map be improved, it doesn't shift when you change direction and makes it difficult navigating the streets if you are unfamiliar with the area.
