App used to be better, they "upgraded" it around December and it's been more cumbersome and difficult to use than pre-update. The app decides to work on occasion, but most of the time you're presented with a clunky mess. Almost as if they switched the production build with the development/beta build. Slow, difficult to find what you're looking for, and just generally a downgrade to the customer experience.

I'm not sure how this app has a four star rating... if you scroll through reviews they're pretty much all one or two stars. From a personal perspective the best I could rate this is "poor". It frequently simply does not load. I'll get a red screen with no information etc.. It crashes. My mind is blown that a company the size of Vodafone can't produce a reliable app. that at least loads all the time.

It worked okay for a few months then started popping big fat adverts up on my home screen over the clock and top section blocking me from using my.phone unless I open the Vodafone app. Really poor experience. Looked in Voda community pages and other people with same issue but no solution on Samsung phones. Mine is Oppo so this proves it's the app if it's on two different makes of phone. Not a phone error. No solutions.. will uninstall the app. Inconvenient as it seemed useful pre the ads.
