Radio A1A™ is the creation of an entertainer, bandleader and radio dj named Harry Teaford who was raised on the coast performing and listening to Gulf & Western music. The Radio A1A™ broadcast streams live 24/7 at RadioA1A.com and on many 'Internet Radio' applications like iTunes, Windows Media and Tunein. The unique programming features 'Trop Rock' music which is best described as a fusion of Tropical Rock, Island, Calypso, Reggae, Country and yes, Gulf & Western music beloved by Parrotheads and Jimmy Buffett fans everywhere. Much of the original 'Trop Rock' music programming on Radio A1A™ is about the Florida Keys and Key West. The upbeat, positive and sometimes hilarious music is written by artists in the Florida Keys and by artists outside the Conch Republic writing songs about the Florida Keys. Many Radio A1A™ fans in colder climates worldwide stream Radio A1A™ into back yard tiki huts enjoying the music of the Florida Keys as they dream of tropical oases, warmer places and paradise at the end of Florida State Road 'A1A'.
