You can view, download and print your invoice.
• Pay your bill with your credit card, checking or savings

- You will find a record of your previous and current transactions.
• Status of orders:
The system displays the status of all service orders requested in the accounts registered under your name.

• Invoice claim:
If you do not agree with the billed charges, you can claim your bill on or before the due date.

• Payment claim:
Did you make a payment, you verified your history and you see not credited to your account or reflected as "in transit"? Now you can make a claim online in a few minutes.
• Invoice not received.
If you have not received your bill by mail, you can use the app to select the account that is missing the bill, provide us some details so that we can investigate.
• Issue report:
If you detect a issue, via your mobile phone you can take a photo, enter basic information and report it.

• Request a New service
You can request water service activation for residential customers
• Cancel service
You can request to cancel water service for residential customers
• Request a Payment plan
If the debt exceeds $250, you can apply for a repayment plan, in which case your immediate payment will be 40% of the entire amount owed.

Still the WORST app EVER! You MUST reregister & there are WAY TOO MANY online steps just to pay a bill. Not sure why I'm not withdrawing any money. New app? Yes. Improved? NO!!! WORST APP EVER! This is DEFINITELY NOT USER FRIENDLY. You have to poke around to do what you're trying to do. My debit card is also my credit card but it wouldn't allow me to enter any of my information. You're literally forced to enter your checking or savings account info just to pay your bill. NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL

If i could rate a 0, i would. Worst site or app i have ever used. Can't register without first making a phone call and spending hours on line. Won't authenticate with a fingerprint or facial recognition. Requires text or email 2FA, but can't paste the code into the app. Have to manually enter. Very amateur!!!! Very bad! Anyone who rates it better than 1 probably works for the water company - its that bad.

It's the worst app ever. I have tried many times to do payment and continue to time out or give me an error. At least the old app was good and was able to make payments. Since the new app has been a nightmare. I'm unistalling this useless app and will have to make payments by phone thru the bank.
