Terrible app. Took so many attempts deposit money. First the app wanted me to do something at an ATM but then realised you could use a credit card on website. Still took about 10 attempts to get the money in there. I put in enough to cover parking throughout our holiday but then discovered that you only have to drive a few miles and you balance isn't usable any more as it's a different region or something. Looks like my leftover 6 EUROS is just stuck in there as can't see any way to get it out!

It worked well for a while; however, it started experiencing freezing issues when attempting to deposit money into the application. After some time, I discovered that in different cities, there were no funds available. Subsequently, I managed to switch back to my city (although the process was not very intuitive). Please address these issues, as it is not user-friendly to switch between cities, and attempting to deposit money in a different city was causing the app to freeze.

Not quite a scam but not far off. I used this on holiday in Madeira, where some car park accept payment though the app. This was useful. But most parking periods cost little more than 1 euro, and the app expects a minimum 20 euro deposit. There is no way to close the account and get a refund. I've contacted the app owners twice and they refuse point blank to refund my money (something like 15 euros). There Is no warning to users that this will be the case.
