Can't leave negative stars or I would. Just like all the other comments, crashes constantly. Makes you start all over each time that it actually doesn't crash. Pretty stripped down features, doesn't give you very much control. If you're already streaming audio from your phone then just use the volume on your phone and forget about the app. Nobody really cares about changing the lights or equalizer from your phone. It does hardly anything else.

Unfortunately I am having the same issues as everyone else. Very disappointing. This is one of the reasons I purchased this speaker. After reading reviews I thought I would give it a try. I couldn't even get the app to open. A page popped up talking bout if you need a battery replacement contact Monster ... I need an app replacement cause this one is trash! BTW not deserving of the one star.

Crashes even after reinstall twice. I tried agreeing to precise location and I tried not. I tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, and read through other people's reviews. None of it helped. The app just crashed constantly. Feb 2023. So disappointed as I just bought this speaker and one of the reasons I chose it was because it had an app.
