The app won't accept my password, and I've tried changing it twice. Neither do any other apps tied into the FeedMeOnline back end. It works on the website; I can only think that the app doesn't support certain characters in complex passwords.

Although the app could do with some work, I had an issue where I got charged twice. It's frustrating that the money is charged twice however the support team have been really helpful with this issue. Although I may not use this app in future I cannot flaw the support team

Paid for my order online. Order and Payment went through instantly. Restaurant cancelled my order. No confirmation of any refund from this app. Told will take 3 to 5 working days to get my money back and I should get confirmation once they have processed my refund. Why can you accept a order and payment instantly but when you mess up it is the customer who has to be put out. Not even able to send confirmation that I will get my money back. Don't let these monkeys play with your money!
