App is completely unusable. Whenever I open app it says that air conditioner is on, even if it is not. Can't turn it on, only with remote controller. Linked it with Google Assistand, but not working. Bought it only because of support to control it remotely, so I can turn it on before I come home, but I was not been able to do it once. Please fix the app.

Very primitive, difficult to use manually. Sceduling is useless, repeated periods cannot be set. If you have more than one appliance to control you will be angry. No option to simple switch appliance on or off, without going thru menus. The previous version was much better. It is shame that whirlpool is unable to make a simple good app.

When starting the app I always have to force close it a couple of times to get it to work. Otherwise it will stay at the loading screen forever. It's been this way since I first installed it over a year ago. None of the updates improved it. Moreover, some features (ie. AC power consumption) were removed. You would think a company such as Whirlpool can afford a good app.
