This application retrieves current METARs and Terminal Area Forecasts from the NOAA National Weather Service. It will use network location to identify nearby weather reports or you can specify airports directly. In additional, the application will dial the AWOS for any of the nearby METAR stations.

It's good when it is working. App stopped connecting to server so I uninstalled, then reinstalled... still won't connect to server. So sad ,it helped me get safely across the U.S. for more than a decade. It will be missed.
