Worked well for a while, then over the last few weeks, it constantly says, "please check your internet connection" whenever I try to log in, even though my connection is fine. Very frustrating. Old review: Works well. Super easy to submit a claim. Gave 4 stars because it says it require access to my location, which makes no sense.

This app doesn't keep me signed in in-between sessions. Why have an app if I have to log in? When I try to submit a claim, it crashes when I tell it which bank account to use. I struggle to submit claims and it hinders my desire to seek medical treatment knowing that I will one day have to deal with this app or the even worse web portal. If I were to choose between treating the cancer this app gives me or just dying, dying would be more preferable.

Fraud company create a fraud app to waste your time hoping you will eventually forget to claim. Once you wasted all your time with the claim, it will pretend you can click submit but that button doesn't work. What's even better is the fraudster company doesn't allow you to screenshot so you have no proof.
