Last year the app was simple to use and member ticket access was quick and easy. This new app version is appalling. Plenty of ads and player videos but it cannot perform its primary function which is quick and easy access to tickets. Given Ticketek involvement it is no surprise it is a disaster. Not impressed.

Only 1 star as can't give Zero. Only way to access my family's tickets is via the app, but even that doesn't work! When selecting different Family members, only the first selected ticket is show. Have to exit the app, log back in and select another ticket to the save the ticket and repeat the process for all five tickets

This is the most frustrating process I have ever needed to do just to get a game ticket. I pay for four memberships and do not have the time nor patience to go through this each week.
