Too many issues 1) sometimes log in doesn't work. (web service unavailable). 2) checking in does not let you enter a different frequent flyer number, it has to match with the booking, it shouldn't give an error, just a warning and continue 3) it doesn't save traveler's information so you don't have to enter it every time you either book or check in for a flight. 4) sometimes it doesn't find reservations through record locator if you purchased your flight through an agency (that uses Amadeus)

Do not recognize name and last name from miles program if there are more than a surname; if you change to another on mobile to seek for some info, it starts forms from the beginning. From that examples you can have an idea on the overall UX.

Very easy to book using the app, perfect information given about what they offer, easy to add different services and in case you change your mind you can still choose those services and update it before travelling. Aireurope is brilliant !
