I bought the journal at a teacher's conference where it worked great. I was super excited to work through the journal with my son but every time I open the app, the camera blurs the barcode so bad it won't scan. I tried it on 2 phones and a tablet and still no luck. I tried my camera by itself (not with the app open) and it was crystal clear. I wrote an email to the company for support and never heard back. Disappointing for what could be a great product.

Oh no! The camera is blurry? hmm.. We've had this happen a couple of times (out of thousands) and we send a fix via email. Not sure how we missed your support request.
