Used to be pretty good. But they've "updated" everything, and now there's very few useful functions on the app. Most notably, there is no longer any way to freeze, cancel, or even request new cards on the app. Also, it only checks to make sure your connection is secure when logging out, instead of logging in, which seems unnecessary and counterintuitive.

Removed credit card management completely from the app when they switched to a new payment processor, can only be accessed from mobile browser or desktop, no response from them on if/when they will bring this back to mobile app, but it's a big hassle to do all of this from a computer. Also, if you had a pending credit card payment on/around the switchover date, it's gone without warning, and your credit card payment is now late/missing. Congratulations GA's Own, you finally convinced me to go!

It has been happening over 2 months and it is terrible. I try to use my fingerprint to open the transactions which calls it crash immediately via mobile app. Now in order to see them I have to log completely out and log back in in order to see the snap look anything else will crash. I have also deleted the app from my phone and reinstalled it but it is still crashing. How can I make it back to how excellent it had been for at least 8+ years. Now I have changed my rate from 5 stars to 1 star.
