Worst user experience. Had a running account until I logged out, and the tried to login with same email to find out that the email is not even valid/registered with the account. Went to create new account multiple times, put in all details about insurance, proceed to next step where I give in my email, phone and passwords and the app will never proceed. Even tried to contact helpline where they only say it must be my network connection.

Logs in successfully, but does not show corporate health card giving error "An Internet Connection is required" ( despite having good internet connection ). How is it able to log in or reset password if there is no internet?
