About this app

Allworx Reach brings the rich functionality of your Allworx phone to your mobile device. Create a SIP handset to place and receive calls, including Transfer, Park, and 3-way conference. You'll have easy access to Contacts (Allworx directory, personal, and contacts shared from other apps) and Call History, including Allworx users' Presence and Busy Lamp Field status. Manage your voicemails.

Reach 3.0 adds the ability to share Contacts with your Allworx Verge phone, as well control your Allworx Verge phone from your mobile device. Allworx server version 8.2 is required for these advanced features.

*** This app REQUIRES access to an Allworx server running software version 7.5 or higher -- and 7.5.10.4 or higher is strongly recommended. ***

See the website (http://get.allworx.com/reach) for a link to FAQs (http://get.allworx.com/reach/reach_faq.aspx) including information on performance on specific Android devices.

Galaxy note s20, it doesn't ring reliably. When it does work, incoming calls play a notification sound (like a text message) once and then use the ringtone that is selected from within the app as they should. When it's not working correctly (most of the time), the best you can get is a single notification tone and vibration (as if a text message arrived) and an on screen prompt that a call is coming in. We miss most on-call calls because of this and this is not OK.

Using Allworx while working from home. The app never rings. I'll look down and see missed calls. If I stand up and take a step in any direction it drops the call. There are sound delays. The app drops wifi constantly even though I have a strong signal. I finally gave up and gave all of my business contacts my personal unlisted mobile #

The app drains my battery and the call quality is poor. I've tried on my personal WiFi, public WiFi and data and still have issues with call quality. When you access the FAQ for the app on their website, it was last updated in 2017. No wonder the app works so poorly. I saw that the company had told other users to send their call logs to them to help troubleshoot. I sent mine and I never received a response. Poor call quality and poor customer service makes this app an extreme disappointment.
