Tickets are missing! I purchased 5 tickets for the game tomorrow and they are not showing. My wife tried and the tickets are not showing either!!!!!!

It's stuck in session expired when trying to log in using a Samsung Galaxy Fold device. Falcons app does the same thing.

Hi, Darwin. Session Expired...no one likes that! Good news. Ticketmaster finally fixed the bug in their system & we are rolling out a new Mercedes Benz App this week. Would you mind downloading it when available & giving it a whirl? Falcons released a new app; so certainly check that out too! I hope we can change that 2-star experience into 5!

App installed on Android Phone can not open it to get to my Ga Tech vs NC tickets to transfer. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, Clyde. Have you accepted the transfer of the tickets? This can only be done outside the app as Ticketmaster does not yet support in-app transfers. You can sign in via www.ticketmaster.com to view outstanding tickets transfers and also your tickets as well. Hope this helps! (support@fanreach.io if you need further support)
