Update: They're absolutely useless and nonoperational. Here's my main problem with them so I schedule a pickup instead of riding a driver ahead of time instead they'll find a driver at that very moment. And no one would be available at all or a decent time frame. This completely defeat the purpose of scheduling. Plus the app doesn't notify you when the search is cancel when you think it's looking. Updated they change the price on arrival plus take a long time. Sometimes its easier to take Lyft

The app needs improvement. Typing the address on the search bar does not give you the drop down options to pick the right address. Also it doesn't allow you to manually input your address if this ever happens.

This company needs to speak to their drivers because the drivers will really tell you the app is not accurate with the amount. Always have the right amount it tell you dont have nothing bigger because some drivers will really take your money and say it's more than what the app says. Becareful! Some love to scam which I am not surprised because even before they got an app the drivers done the same when the cab base tells you exactly the amount too
