Ever since the most recent update, I haven't been able to place a mobile order without IMMENSE frustration. Either the cart will reset itself and the app will crash or it won't let me check out due to an "Error validating basket." This update was a major downgrade in quality and appearance now that the interface looks like a poorly assembled Google form. Do better &pizza.

The old app was better, and it wasn't great either. No nutrition info on this one and there aren't good descriptions of the products and menu selection, they've somehow made it less intuitive. They've also changed the rewards so it remains to be seen if they're better or worse for us. Probably worse. I don't know why there's a constant need for change with corporations. you know what consumers want? Value, quality, ethics, and CONSISTENCY.

I didn't think any changes were needed for this app. Also, I think they pumped the prices higher... the older look seemed and felt better to me. User friendliness hasn't changed much, but the older app felt better in general. Also I had alot of points saved (1,680) and somehow the system didn't bring over my previous saved points, now I only have 179 "coins" whatever that means.
