I advertised with them last year and the app was okay, but very basic features. Now they've added some new features like automated messages, which is super helpful, but somehow it runs worse than many months ago when I last used it. Notes are completely broken and lag out my phone and are unusable. Not ideal. Still no function to block customers (primarily scammers and spammers.) We spend way too much money advertising to have to be dealing with such simple issues.

Garbage. Refresh is terrible, the message portion of the ap almost never works, and the app does not send notifications, but rather, you get a text that you have a notification. Don't think customers really get notifications unless they are actively paying attention because 90% of the leads I reach out to never answer.

It's bad enough that your sales rep lied and told me that the leads I receive would be exclusive and not presented to competing contractors. Next, you should do away with the temporary number unless a client is specifically aware that contractors do not have the actual phone number. Every client I speak to is not aware they've been given a temporary number and that I don't have their real number. Next, why haven't y'all taken the time to fix your own app! It freezes up, and it sucks!
