Thanks for using Fond!

Reward and recognize your coworkers for their hard work using Fond's mobile app! Send Rewards points to others for them to redeem on thousands of items and experiences, available globally. Access hundreds of corporate discounts you won't find anywhere else.

With the Fond app you can:

● Easily and quickly recognize your peers for their hard work on-the-go
● Send Rewards Points to others
● View, like, and comment on recognitions in Fond’s social feed
● Redeem hundreds of corporate discounts (Perks) on everything from travel to gym memberships
● Redeem Rewards points on thousands of gift cards, experiences, merchandise, and even charitable donations, available globally
● Enable notifications for when you’ve received a new recognition
● Save your favorite Rewards and Perks for later

Fond is available only to employees working at companies that have purchased a Fond subscription. To use Fond, make sure you have registered through your company's rewards and recognition program. If you are having trouble signing in, contact your HR administrator or email support@fond.co and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Very poor navigation. When I open a perk - it "crashes" the activity in 80% of times, reloading the list after that so I need to scroll 10 screens to find it again, open it and hope that it won't crash this time. The same crash happens when I press "back" button - it reloads the list and I have to scroll and scroll again. Also, there's very minimal search - just by a string, no advanced search, no filtering. Huge list of perks where it's very hard to find anything.

I received a request to join Fond. I installed the app, unable to access the app. I tried to log in, an error message "incorrect email or password. So I clicked setup, an error message "your company already setup". Click forgot password, I click the info from my email. It takes me back to Fond home page, with "setup" and log in". No temporary password giving. Deleting, unable to access.

Update 1/5/23: The team at Fond promptly followed up on my feedback from 2 days ago, debugged, and released an update. Love it! The latest version works great. --- 1/3/23: I have the latest app from the Play Store. The app throws an error "Client deprecated. Please update the app."
