I have been using this app for multiple years and faced only two big problems which are that there are not many options in some categories and recommend u to expand ur supply of items shown in the app.The second problem was that there are many items out of stock and it is very frustrating whenever u have to buy grocery, almost all of the items in the app are out of stock. Overall this is a great food delivery app, it delivers all the items quickly and the riders are always really kind :)

It was good in start. But when I collect too many coins. The option of conversion of paw points disappears. Also the delivery is banned on my account. The other people accounts are working at same place. I have contacted many times to cheetay help center but my issue is not resolved. 😟😟.

I used to love cheetay for grocery delivery! Always had good package and delivery times. But the app doesnt wodk and I dont understand why they stopped delivery now. Maybe the warehouse closed permanently. They need to figure out a self sustainable model fast!
