Best recharge app..but i wish there's option for browse plans

Pathetic app, they don't even provide online payment option also not accepting credit card payment since 6 months they still under process to update app. When even you call and ask about the payment option they always saying we have 4 bank accounts first you transfer fund any one of our bank account then will topup your account, Ans one more important they have minimum amount below that they will not accept. Also not having app for ios user. Really very garbage app.

My id is 792400. I have been attached with the company since Feb 2013 with 3 ids. No more a trusted app Recntly experienced payment issue in my id. Paid CESC bill through My Recharge. Company didn't credited the amount to CESC. Which resulted CESC sent me disconnection notice and also charged penalty. I started following up with My Recharge team from 11th March and claimed to settle the bill with CESC paying the penalty amount. My Recharge refunded me the bill amount only on 20th March. 0 save
