had a problem with the APP not working on my phone but after posting a comment about it I had awesome super fast and friendly help from Marielle and this morning everything is working 100% again. Awesome customer service experience. Thank you so much. Great that I can access my favourite Otago APP.

App is playing up I have uninstalled switched phone off then re installed I press on button everything goes black and nothing happens. Was going fine until this happened what else do I do

Gutted I can no longer use it as I have an older Android version. Used to find handy at work :-(

Hi Rebecca - sorry to hear you are having problems. If your phone handled the "old" App ok it should also manage the new one. Have you gone to Playstore and downloaded the update? Or also try deleting the old App, and then installing the new one.

Updated looks and feel. Better support for tablet layouts.
