Users love ❤️ the new graphics, status bar, and navigation to reset after a long day or overnight travel. Spoke to 3 Uplift users new and old and was excited to hear how it worked and improved their travel experience and recovery time. They didn't miss a minute w Uplift was wonderful to hear! Studies show it takes 12~24 hours to recover for each time zone crossed, w Uplift that's reduced by at least 50% and was 75%~85% on my last 3 trips. Amazing, and a must for time zone travelers. Thanks!

I was an early user of this app and was thrilled by the experience. After 2 years of covid-induced, stay-at-home, I just spent 2 weeks in Poland (6 time zones away) Before flying I made sure my uplift app was up-to-date. I think it made a world of difference in my ability to sleep in a "normal" local time frame, both coming and going. The instructions and actions are easy to understand and use. I intend to use this app any time I am flying across 2 or more time zones.

Used this for my flight to Europe and definitely felt an improvement on my jet lag. Usually I'm pretty knocked out but was able to get a 25k steps day in right after I got off the plane (in the 40°c heat!). Would definitely recommend.
