• Majlis Perbandaran Seremban (MPS - Negeri Sembilan)
• Majlis Perbandaran Tawau (MPT - Sabah)
• Cybersquare (Cyberjaya)
Off–Street Parking:
• Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (Kuala Lumpur)
• LRT PWTC's Parking Bay (Kuala Lumpur)
• TSI Sports Arena (Cyberjaya)
• Gurney Mall @ Residensi UTMKL (Kuala Lumpur)
• Arcoris Plaza (Kuala Lumpur)
• Hospital Sultanah Aminah (Johor Bahru - Johor)
• Plaza Berjaya (Kuala Lumpur)

overall, it is a very convenient app to pay parking in the service areas. BUT, the recent few versions having problem on the expiration reminder push notification!!!! I was rely on the app to remind me to extend the parking if necessary, it was working fine until recently. the reminders came in 2HOURS LATER !!! what's the point of the "long due" reminders?

The Parking Expiry Reminder doesn't sound to alert user although it pop-up in the notification panel. Instead, getting lots of sound alerts about unrelated push notification of Covid-19 from the app recently, but its important feature of Parking Expiry Reminder still can't even make a sound alert?? It defeats the purpose of the parking reminder feature, please get it fixed.

This used to work well. But yesterday and today the jomparking app has been unable to automatically get location, although my location services on my phone is ON. The TouchnGo app works fine, but Jomparking does not. I can't even manually select location as the options that show up are limited. Even when I position the map to the correct location it still doesn't work. Please fix it!
