Latest app update has been absolutely awful. In the past the app was seemless. Now I go on and it lags appallingly. My quick balance is "set up" and yet every time I open the app I'm prompted to log in + I can't even swipe along to access the other screens which is worlds annoying when I'm in a rush. Wish I could use the old version again, as it was far superior.

I have had this app for more than three years. Suddenly, in the last 3 days, the app has been playing up. Whenever I try to access it, it comes with the message that it's not available. I deleted it and downloaded it again, but it's still not working. I rang the bank, who told me to delete it and re load it, which I did 4 times with no use.

So far the Android app is terrible. Open it, wait 10 seconds to see a logo, then wait 2 minutes, or 5 minutes, or forever, on a blank blue screen. Then maybe something appears. Sometimes it looks like an app, other times it is just the desktop website. The authors should be ashamed.
