The overall appearance of the app is bright and appealing, but I had difficulty navigating through it. For example: it was difficult to see exactly where to enter my bank information and payment amount as the screen looked faded, and I couldn't see definitive spaces to enter information. I had to tap all over the screen to get a cursor. Also, why can't I pay more than my agreed installment amount, if I can. The app needs to be adjusted to let a client do that when they can.

What a horrible app ... Poorly designed. Tried to download my bill but it will only download within the app itself. It won't download to my files on my phone, so I can't print it off. Back arrow NEVER returns you to the previous screen but back to the home screen. Sluggish and slow. I often get "App isn't available" indicator. Very difficult to get any granular look at power consumption that isn't unintuitive and vague. Finally got frustrated enough to write a review. Just bad...

Horrible app, website, and corporation. As a first time apartment tenant, I accidentally put the incorrect building number because the complex was confusing. I was charged twice for an apartment I wasn't in (I'm not sure it even exists at all), plus charged in full for my electricity by the complex, plus an extra fee. In addition, you can't set up or see auto-pay in the app, and auto-pay on the site doesn't work. You also can't see saved payment methods in the app. No contact info in the app.
