After the update it is pathetic to use, each and every time we have to enter the Registered mobile of the service to see the bill amount. Also while check the consumption history it is not connecting to the server from past 3 months as I observed. Hope they might provide a proper update to fix all these kind of issues for a better user experience.

one suggestion for user friendly. when the app is opened the screen is displaying the Customer Name and Service No, If We are having 6 services, it is very much difficulty for us to identify whose connection is this ie, which flats service. if nickname facility is provided in addition to Customer Name and Service No , such that we can add nicknames for each service, it would be very easy for us to recognise the service. For example, Flat 1, Falt2 etc.

Very bad app, Looks like developers have totally ignored the back end support for the app. Even after entering correct mobile number and correct service number, it is showing that we have entered invalid mobile number. Earlier I used to be able to check all my previous consumption history along with current one. Please update or correct app with full support or else delete the app from playstore itself as it is of no use as of now
