SURFboard Central will help you get the most of your device with new features, new UI and new experiences.

We are excited to have our new and current customers shift over to SURFboard Central and have worked to make the transition as easy as possible.
For our SBG8300/SBG10/SBG7580-AC / SBG6950AC2 / SBG7400AC2/ SBG7600AC2 customers:

New customers - please start with SURFboard Central App for onboarding and managing your device.
If you already completed onboarding, no worries - you will be prompted to seamlessly transfer all your information to the new App.
Existing customers - with this update, you will be prompted to launch SURFboard Central that will seamlessly transfer your existing configuration and settings to the new App.

For our legacy device users: SBR-AC3200P / SBR-AC1900P / SBR-AC1200P / SBX-AC1200P
Stay Tuned - we will be updating our Mobile Application to support these devices.
For now, please continue to use the ARRIS SURFboardĀ® Manager App to manage and configure your devices.

Just as useless and unusable as Surfboard Central. Both apps have an issue even realizing that I am connected to my modem/router. I tried the new device set-up after the other option didn't work, and it told me it was connected to my router but on the page where it asks for login credentials it kept timing out saying I wasn't connected to the router.

I initially set up the modem with no major issues. However, I now cannot log on, reset my username or password, or use the app at all. I've had intermittent internet issues and I can't rule out the modem because the app interface is worthless. I have tried the home manager app from Arris, this surfboard app, and the newest surfboard app. All of them are useless. In order to get idiot assistance I have to pay additional money. This is why I believe the support network is trying to scam people.

I honestly tried to give this app a chance despite many reviews saying it's terrible and well.......they're all correct. This app was absolutely horrible. On the surface the app looks nice and sleek but it doesn't work well. It makes you create an account with an email. Why would I need to do that to setup a home network?! Once you enter your email and other info, it says it will send you a confirmation code but it never did. So, I couldn't proceed any further through the app.

What's new

This App updates provides an option for SBG10/SBG7580-AC / SBG6950AC2 / SBG7400AC2/ SBG7600AC2 users to be migrated to our new SURFboard Central App seamlessly. Just launch this app and follow the instructions. All your configuration and settings will be copied over so you can enjoy the benefits of the new app!
Stay tuned - all remaining gateways will soon be supported.
Legacy users can still use this Application and return from SURFboard Central if preferred.
This update includes bug fixes.
