Terrible app, or at least linked with my GP in Greenwich Peninsula. It's very hard to use and their services are never open, schedule keeps changing... I want to ask for an appointment, but I can only use the app one or two hours a day, and I I failed to do it in that timeframe then I can only do it the next day.

Your GP practice uses the askmyGP services to allow patients to book appointments. GP practices control when the service is available for patients. It used to work sufficiently, but of late I just get a blank white screen with 'loading' in the top left hand corner. Tried clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, even installing on a different phone and I get the same. Ironically my wife has it on her identical phone and it works!

For something so important this app has terrible UI - lots of unnecessary features (profile picture why!?) and a poor experience on the important ones. Most importantly it is easy to get locked out and prescription requests don't tell you the status - ready, collected etc.
