I can't proceed my booking because the app don't have the features that can resume my payment. The ticket is shown on our profile with status 'processing' but need to wait 1 hour or so for the status to change to 'failed' then i can rebook again. Please resolve this issue, improve the seat booking transaction system.

• Looks like the effort made on the update was much on animation and nonsense on payment option for booking. • Everytime I open the app, it states 'Something went wrong please try later'. Please do fix this bug, thank you.
