Like so many others, just disappointed with AT&T & this app. For a large company, it's amateur. Not only do they limit image size texting (compressing image quality), but they limit so much with voicemail. This app was supposed to be a way I could archive voicemails, but it doesn't. The files aren't saving on my Android. Also, I must have an old version, too, that still exists that works better, but it's clear AT&T has monkeyed with that app, deactivated it, and replaced it with this junk.

Terrible transcription, sometimes completely useless, forcing me to go listen to the message. Rarely notifies me of messages properly unless I reboot my phone (???). The app is so basic. I would have continued to use YouMail but it suddenly stopped working with AT&T (suspicious). If they don't have the resources to make a useful, accurate visual voicemail app, they should get someone else to do it or make it easy to use 3rd party solutions.

I changed phones. New is the exact one as the old. I realized visual voicemail wasn't set up so I tried 7 times to get the app to load and all I could get was enter password. I didn't have one even the old phone that I had for 6 years if I did I don't remember. Then I tried to get service on the phone and after entering my info and holding a recording told me no one to help me and hung up. This is why I hate to change phones. Takes months to get everything up dated.
