The app has several usability issues. - fails to find a lot by # - scrolling through a large list is slow. Images take a long time to load even if they were already downloaded. If the weren't downloaded and you try to scroll to the bottom of the list, the screen will freeze loading all previous items. - you can star items but can't filter by starred items. When an auction contains hundreds of items, you still have to scroll through them all to find your starred items

Had to keep flicking between diff screens during the auction as I had 5 bids in. I couldn't flick into my watched items, only ' 300 lots' of '5 bids', no 'watched' option. No button to pay immediately after the end of the auction. Invoice email automatically went in2 my Facebook folder in my email account, because there is a 'Facebook' link in invoice email. Invoice & payment needs to be integrated into the app design. app could b improved by copying eBay app. Not enough photos of lots.

Flaky, unreliable. Crashes endlessly. Bids ignored or cancelled and lost. Mismatch between what's happening on the floor and online. Floor bids get preference, and staff there will ignore alerts from those sitting at their computer screens. If you really want something, go to the auction room otherwise grin and bear it when you lose out.
