To often you try to use the app and just can't get a cab because there not taking bookings at the moment, then you phone only to get an automated service,was using them on a regular basis but just not reliable anymore.

Works much better than the old app, but it would be nice if you put a message on the old one saying you need to download a new app! I've spent ten days trying to work out why I couldn't make it work...

App is good, but seems like there is a small fleet. At busy times I would be tempted to use Uber, but you can't argue with the value and price
