This app was very useful. I was picked up in a very short wait time, and it was no hassle. When I've caught uber before I haven't had great experiences, because they cancelled my uber a few times. 5 stars.

Easy enough to use but since the upgrade the wait response for a taxi actually booked is ridiculous. This has been especially frustrating the last 6 months as it is getting worse.
