I used them regularly, they used to be great, however over the last year or so I've had many problems Being told my taxi wasn't paid for and locked in there to confirm my details with head office... Where I'd been charged twice had to challenge for the refund There was a time where me and my father were waiting like 20 minutes for a taxi, who was left in a spot 5 minutes away saying he was giving somebody a "jump start", he sure was giving some kind of jump, the car reeked of sex. App works fine but don't use this company unless you planning on being an hour late to your event. Lifts are accepted by drivers and then mysteriously dropped, extra frustrating when you can see several taxis in the area on the map provided.

App was fine previously but last few days it's been declining card payments through the app and also doesn't state it is checking things with the bank before processing a booking if paying by card. Think you guys need to check the app. When I've booked through the app I'm getting a text to inform me to get the app lol
