Never a problem with this company. I've been using LA since around 2014, before their merger and name change to Nearby LA Taxis & they've never failed me with their service, especially during my years fighting cancer & my trips to the Freeman for treatment. I won't use any other taxi service. I highly recommend this company. Thanks.

Taxi couldn't find the well known hotel. App told us he was in one type of car, the driver told us he was in another. Kept getting told he was "round the corner". Had to cancel and just jog there so as not be late for a gig. No apology when we called the last time to cancel.

I have used LA Taxis on a regular basis for quite a while now and can honestly say there service is professional, friendly and reliable. From your initial call to the actual arrival of the taxi to your destination. Taxis always clean to a good standard. Drivers, friendly and knowledge. Receptionists always polite, friendly and approachable.
