Need A Cab

No mention of having to charge me £1.01 for setting up my bank card, plus I had to do it twice because the app closed, then not being able to know how much I will be charged for the journey before I can book is frankly dishonest because you could charge anything, I was, £21 for a journey just over 2 miles?! I don't think so, cancelled, awaiting the refund before uninstalling. Pity really, good idea overall.

The tracking system never works, shows driver is 2 minutes away and ends up arriving more than 15 minutes later - no matter how busy the traffic is. And if you call the operator and ask for a car later, they ignore your request and send it straight away. Also it displays your location much farther than you are, so you end up walking for a few minutes until you find the car. Also no reward or compensation system. I've been late thanks to them more than enough times. Never using it again.

Booking works but no ETA, just leaves you guessing as to when your taxi might arrive... kinda feels like you'd get a taxi quicker by phoning and ap bookings are bottom of the queue as when I called to check operator was very vague... could be a great ap with some tweeks. Best point was the estimated journey cost, very useful.
