Won't be using these guys again. First 🚩 of all, the first taxi I ever booked via the app sat at a junction for close to 10 mins before making it way to me, then the GPS was behind by two minutes. Driver then attempted to get me to pay twice 🚩, by claiming that the app didn't say I was paying via the app (even though his screen was asking him to authorise the payment 🚩). System is unsecure and would be easy to abuse.

Okay but could be better - - location pickup: GPS doesn't seem to reset to current location and would be more efficient to type in location on first/map screen - booking updates: would be really useful to have more information than "booked". Had to call to get ETA. - live tracker: sending conflicting info - kept switching from 3 mins to over 15 mins. Had to call for ETA - ended waiting 20 mins for an "ASAP" booking

Sent the taxi to wrong location twice in one day. There was no problems when booking by phone so I assume it was an issue with this app.
