Wasn't a good experience. I booked a minibus 2 hours prior to my travel, and they called 10 mins before the scheduled arrival time that they don't have minibus. Moreover, they tried to blame me for not calling them about my booking. Nowhere in the app does it say that I need to call them up to confirm the booking. And if I do have to call to just confirm my booking, it defeats the whole purpose of the app.

Awful app and service. Ordered a cab for a specific time, it arrived 15 mins early and had left long before the time it was order for. Called the office and the operator was very rude and unhelpful. She claimed it was my fault for using the app, which shouldn't be used if you want to leave at a specific time?! Rude, unprofessional and entirely unreliable!

I have never ever been charged this amount of money from Mervue to the Huntsman! The meter said €7.80 when we arrived (which is normal) yet I was charged €10.80.
