Edit. Have uninstalled. Ring, it's quicker. New version is awful. If a car isn't available it keeps polling using your bandwidth. Once it times out it cancels your booking. Had to book twice over 20 minutes. Rang the office in the end. No cabs available for over an hour. This could have been stated on the app before cancelling the booking with no explanation. Very poor. Go back to the older version. Much better. Oh well, back to calling the office and actually talking to a person.

Very bad app, you book a taxi but the taxi never turns up, tried ringing them but they kept saying that the taxi would turn up shortly, waited an hour for it to come so ended up cancelling it and booking with another taxi service, moral of the story is dont use this app cause the taxi will never turn up

"On time, every time". Only it was 10 minutes late and I was going to the airport! Better service when you phone up and book. Remembered now why I uninstalled it previously.
