I used to like this app, but recently it kept asking to sync to my Google account every time I'd open the app or switch to it from another app. For being free, it has some good features but got intolerably annoying. I uninstalled. Other con: there's no way to skip ahead (or go back) to an exercise. Let's say you accidentally close a routine or are tired of a certain segment of it, there's no way to skip ahead to the next moves. You have to start at the beginning every single time.

easy to use - you can make your own or use the pre-made. I've been using the free version for about a year or two. what I like the most is you can play your music and this will work with it. what I don't like is it can be active confusing at first trying to figure out their format to create or adjust their workouts. haven't bothered looking for any other apps bc this one works just fine. 4 stars just bc it is a pay for premium services (guess I'm just a cheapster).

Pros: You can schedule a workout and get reminders, and I liked the ability to customize the duration of the workout and the rests. Cons: Very repetitive. Almost all of the workouts were the same movements (mountain climbers and burpees were in almost all of the preset routines). There were only 4 exercises per workout. It looks like there is some customization if you pay for it, but I'm not sure how many more exercises they give you with that, so I don't know if it's worth it.
