Won't let me sign out,doesn't even allow me to reach the place to sign so it looks like I didn't clock out! Funny it worked fine in the office but just not in the client's home! Making me look dumb,constant texts from office staff fixing my visit notes when it just won't let me sign out! After 16 hour shifts it's the last thing I need!

If I could, I would rate it half of a star, the app is completely confusing, one day, it'll let me clock in, and refuse to let me clock out the same day; or vice versa (doing the opposite) I wouldn't recommend this highly for anyone.

I used this app for work purposes only and since we've had to update it. It's saying it has a bug will not let me view customer care notes logs me out telling it a problem with my battery its a new phone. Unfortunately as its American we have issues contacting them not professional
