Terrible tester and terrible app. The clamps are difficult in that they often don't connect and they're plastic so you can't piggy back the jump start pack onto them, which is problematic on many vehicles. The app often crashes 2 or 3 times during a test and also freezes frequently. The phone doesn't read bar codes a lot so you have to manually enter data. The app has to be restarted every service call as well. The test is not thorough either. The old Midtronics tester was far superior.

This app needs a lot of work had it for about 6 months and nothing changed. For instance if I open B2q and go to the process of scanning vin and scanning battery, if I leave app for a member who has a question on a price for a battery or get a cal ect... and I go back to b2q I have to do everything all over again scan vin scan battery. Not to mention not all information on all vehicles are there for instance the app is not accurate as far as resets go.

Poor at best Tester is a joke and will randomly freeze during the test. Every time you start the vehicle the tester refuses to monitor the starting health or charging health. The app refuses to read any vin anywhere on the vehicle. Forget about doing a complete test as the app will require you to be under full signal on your device airplane mode only helps during the testing process. Once you send the member paperwork it will freeze and kick you back to the start once again.
