Not a user friendly application. While a multiple validation process is understandable, the verification code is not displayed in a timely manner. Furthermore, connection to international mobile numbers is outside the scope and functionality of the application. Should the user acquire a local mobile phone only to receive text message from Banca Virtual? Should the customer connect to a third party cell phone, which would lead to breaches in privacy?
