Great app with many different features. I like the quick easeof the app opening and retrieval of the information. Makes doing transfers easy and fast. I'm able to see recent transactions that are pending or completed and a current balance. I can open up a check and view different things within a written check that you would not be able to recall if you could not see the physical check. Once I close and log out there are two more layers of the app closing all the way to asking I'm ready to exit

The app works fine with one major major drawback. If you are using a VPN on your device, the app will eventually lock you out. Having to call in to customer service to reset your username and password every time you get locked out is a major hassle. Safety and Security is the entire point of using a VPN. I really hope the developers can fix this issue soon.

Suddenly Won't Work: This app has worked fine for as long as I've had it (2-3 years)...until 2 days ago. Now, it won't let me log in (same problem as others have mentioned). Aside from the current problem, it doesn't have as many features as other banks' apps, which is frustrating. It's very basic, but I would like for it to work again. *I reinstalled—no help. **Update: FIX—Thanks to Carrie McCaghren for the suggestion! Go to settings, select the app, and delete the app's data/cache!
