When I first got the app it was working fine. However for the past few months I have been unable to update my new credit card info or get the app to function how it is supposed to. It has been rather annoying and aggravating as I need to update my auto reload and it won't let me. I have tried multiple cards and multiple different mobile devices. None of them have worked as Bancpass is always unable to complete the update. Please get this fixed as I cant use it and kind of need to to go on toll ways. I have changed my review. However, I was only able to update into on my account through the app by using the 8th or 9th phone. The previous ones including my current phone I was unable to use. I dont write reviews often unless they are really bad or have changed dramatically. As previously stated I didnt have issues with the app until a few months ago. The issue is I shouldnt have to try multiple phones to update my card information. Thanks for the reply but that issue needs to be resolved.

Austin, we have made several attempts to reach you, but have heard nothing back. It appears that the app is working for you now. We see nothing in the logs that indicates a previous problem with your app. There are a number of external problems that can cause the app to make changes to your account, including network issues, permission issues, etc.

Update: So after all the app was not the problem. One of the owners of the company, Glenn reached out to me and explained what was going on. I appreciate that he took the time to email me. ππ½π I changed my rating to a 5 from a 2. -------------β---------------------- App was great at first. It use to notify me right away when I pass a toll. Now it tells me like 2 or 3 days later. And then it gets disabled because it does not update quick enough.

I installes toll sticker this on my windscreen as advised 2 weeks ago and i have since used the epass lane several times. However, I have not received 1 notification of a charge on the sticker This is making very nervous. Even though your customer service people say there is sometimes a delay in bill charges, 2 weeks is a long time. Sadly, there's no way to even confirm that the toll sticker is working properly because I haven't seen a single charge.

I am sorry for the delay you are experiencing. We have noted here several times that reviews are a poor way to get service as we don't know who you are. Please contact our customer service at: support@bancpass.com or 866.978.5061. If there is an issue with your account they can address it. If is is a delay on the epass side, they will let you know.
