The redesigned BOQ Mobile puts you in charge of how you view BOQ on your mobile device. It will make banking with us even easier and you've got to love that!

Access includes:
- Mobile Banking
- Locate a BOQ branch or ATM
- Call BOQ for help and enquiries
- Calculators

The REDESIGNED BOQ Mobile allows you to:
- Personalise the app for how you want to use it.
- Select your desired look and feel, choose your own colour scheme and even add your own photo as a background.
- Select the top feature that will appear on your home screen, view your Local Branch contact details or the nearest ATM.
- Access BOQ Social Media pages as well as links to our product pages and the BOQ Property App.
- View latest offers, interest rates and more.

With BOQ Mobile Banking you can bank from the convenience of your mobile device. If you are already registered for Online Banking, simply Sign In using your existing Customer Access Number (CAN) and Personal Access Code (PAC) to access all your accounts, payees, and billers that you would normally see via Internet Banking. You will also be able to access your pending authorisations and payments as well as complete Funds Transfer, Pay Anyone and BPAY transactions.

This is the worst app ive used in 10 years. It tells me bare bones of what any other bank can reference and it is slow and clunky to use. So far i have enjoyed using the bank but in talking with my partner, it really looks like we both agree we need more transparency with our accounts and the way we use accounts in the 21st century is far more Fluid. The app does not filter preferences well, it does not track things well, it fails to run sometimes and overall feels like a Beta version of a 2010

Truly awful. Clunky design, highly limited features and what little is there is either partially nonfunctional or with so few options to the point of inconvenience. No pin or fingerprint access, type your full password out every time! The app opens to a self-advertising page, it's easy to accidentally log out, transfers can't be scheduled or set to repeat, the ability to download eStatements broke 6 months ago and isn't fixed as of writing. The issues are obvious, they don't care. Switch banks.

Lacks most of the features of the web version. Would be acceptable in 2009, but not in 2019. No fingerprint login? Can't rename accounts in app? No card management, such as pin change or temporarily block/report lost? Pretty terrible interface - looks like a non-responsive mobile website from a decade ago. Maybe have a look at the ANZ app and make some similar improvements.
