Horrible login process! It's pure luck if it works or not. Constant error messages, whether putting in your credentials or biometric. I just un-installed, re-installed, and still couldn't login in. It is the most surprisingly useless app, especially from such a prominent company. I just un-installed for good, no more wasting time on this one!

This app was nice when first installed. Now it is horrible, often getting errors stating..wrong password. I have to change every time I want to use the app. I called customer service & the last representative was very rude, stating it was my phone, not the app. This is very frustrating every month of unstalling, then restalling the app just to change the password for a one-time use. This is the ONLY app that I have problems with.

Originally the app worked well; was quick on login, easy to use, and accurately/ promptly updated my transactions and payments. Now, the app takes an extended time to open, an extended time during login, stalls, crashes, and doesnt promptly update transactions or payments, causing the balance to reflect a number that doesn't accurately show all charges vs payments. Hopefully these bugs will be corrected soon.
